Are you Hydrated or Dehydrated from your Environment?

Your light environment can either improve your hydration or harm it.

.

Living indoors dehydrates your fascia AKA your connective tissue responsible for creating a communication superhighway for water and electricity.

.

When this tissue is dehydrated, you drastically reduce its communication speed.

.

Remember, this is our main communication pathway that funnels electrons, protons, photons, and resonant energy faster 1000× faster than the nervous system.

.

Missing out on UVA light (which gets blocked by windows) is detrimental to hydration.

.

UVA light on the skin causes the release of nitric oxide which dilates blood vessels, moving them closer to the surface of the skin to capture more light.

.

However, nitric oxide production does another very important thing for us: hydration.

.

For every molecule of nitric oxide produced, the body makes two molecules of deuterium-depleted water (DDW is considered light water, which is water with a concentration less than 140 parts per million).

.

It appears that there are so many ways the body uses to make its own deuterium-depleted water and maintain adequate hydration.

.

Even inflammation via the arachidonic acid pathway (central regulatory of inflammatory response) may simply be a way for the body to make DDW.

.

DDW is pure water that gets structured into Exclusion Zone (geometrical structure of water) for potential energy to be used by the cells.

.

Being indoors all day not only causes us to miss out on the hydrating effect of UVA but also dehydrates us further due to high levels of Wi-Fi radiation in a typical home or office.

.

non-native Electro-Magnetic Frequency radiation decreases structured water in the body.

.

You can actually drink tons of water but still be dehydrated by missing out on UVA light and being around radiation all day.

.

Being indoors also reduces exposure to red and infrared light.

.

Red light optimizes mitochondrial water production at cytochrome 4.

.

Infrared expands Exclusion Zone water to build our total body hydration into a battery of potential energy.

.

Add in these things for even better cellular hydration:

.

Take frequent light breaks outside

.

Expand your EZ water network by Earthing

.

Hard wire your office/home to reduce radiation(ethernet cable)

.

Things that improve mitochondrial health (cold plunges, red light therapy, etc)

.

Massage or release your fascia

.

Get UVA onto your skin

.

Consistent action is better than occasional perfection
