The Balanced Eating Guide has been put together to reduce the stress around eating. Over the last 10 years I have noticed that aside from " mainstream fad dieting" and "influencer-based nutrition information" not many people understand what it truly means to nourish. This program is comprised of gathered information/ experience over the years to regulate my own body composition and those of my clients. The information suggested within this guide should serve as a starting point to improving one’s personal understanding of health & nourishment and not the "holy grail" of nutrition itself. There are many ways to climb a tree, we are just pointing out the most effective way. Regarding nourishment, we eliminate & ignore what impedes and incorporate & prioritize what improves probabilities to perform and function optimally.
